Let me introduce myself

My name is Marek Sarmir, I come from Central Europe and I have been working professionally as an expert in the research and development of food and nutritional supplements for more than 13 years. During my career, I have personally designed and launched more than 200 products and for one of them I received the prestigious international SIAL INNOVATION AWARD in 2019, Shanghai China, and in 2022 I was ranked among the top 10 leading technologists. I participated in several projects for the European Union where I developed functional foods. The main factor was that I was never afraid to use branded innovative ingredients in recipes, thanks to which the products became best sellers. My purpose and life's mission is to connect producers of unique ingredients with European buyers in the most effective direct way possible, which will create satisfaction on both sides and, above all, European consumers will have access to the highest quality and healthiest products. It's not business for me, it's personal!
